Dr. Paul Wine, DDS, MS

A Chicagoland native, Dr. Paul Wine attended Boston University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a minor in biology. Following his undergraduate studies, he obtained his dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Wine continued his specialty training in orthodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan, where he received his Masters of Science degree. Notably, his research in palatal expanders was recognized and published in The Angle Orthodontist, among others. Additionally, Dr. Wine is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA) and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).

In addition to Wicker Park Orthodontics, he is an active member in the ADA, the AAO, the Midwestern Society of Orthodontics, the Illinois Society of Orthodontists, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. He is Invisalign certified and a graduate of the Invisalign Master’s program.

When not in the office, he and his wife are busy chasing their young twins around with their dog, Grace. Dr. Wine is also a diehard Chicago sports fan; he loves to golf, ski, and is a crossword puzzle fanatic.
